Do you want to take pictures of our cars?
We love to see enthusiastic photographers and videographers get involved with our event. However, we do require everyone that is outside of the designated spectator’s areas to be registered with LGGPR. Â
We will cover what is and is NOT allowed and set you up with media credentials.

RULES FOR ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS
- All photographers require to complete the press pass application (form above)
- All photographers require to wear a safety vest when inside restricted areas
- Photographers are only permitted to be inside the area of corner stations during the event
- Photographers are required to follow instructions from marshals and corner workers at all times
- Photographers will be shuttled to corners of their choice periodically through the day. YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR STATION UNTIL YOU ARE PICKED UP BY THE SHUTTLE.
- All Photographers agree that the LGGPR Inc. may use photos/videos taken by them during the event in print or digitally for marketing purposes. LGGPR does not own the images/video but has perpetual rights to use the images/video.
- All Photographers agree to allow LGGPR to place photos on a photo service website (Zenfolio.com) primarily for the purpose of allowing registered drivers to download photos of their car, but they may also purchase merchandise with the images printed at their discretion. Any excess funds from purchases will go back into the general event fund.Â
- All photographers are required to sign both the LGGPR liability waiver and our Insurance liability waiver
- After reviewing your application, LGGPR will contact you with further information
- All photographers are guests of LGGPR and may be asked to leave if they do not follow these rules.
