Every year we get questions about where to camp. Here are the options I know of.
At the track: There is self contained camping on the hill above the paddock area. If you interested in that area, please contact the City of Garnett to make a reservation. 785-448-5496 or visit their website.
At South Lake: There are a few spots at the south lake, called Crystal Lake, but they fill up very fast. Check out Garnett’s website for the most up to date information.
At the Reservoir: Cedar Valley Reservoir is about 13 miles south of Garnett. Reservations can be made from Garnett’s website. https://www.simplygarnett.com/camping.html
